What we’re looking for:

Iodine Software is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join the team. Reporting to Jordan Gray, the Implementation Project Manager will lead and manage all aspects of Iodine solution implementations from start to finish. This role will collaborate with customers’ project managers to define timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that both teams are marching towards the same goals. The Implementation Project Manager must be able to adapt to a quick paced and ever evolving environment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage implementation projects of Iodine solutions.
  • Have direct accountability and responsibility for overall project success from start to finish.
  • Manage the relationships with customer and partner stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Work closely with the customer and internal Iodine Services Team to review, analyze, understand, and define the high-level Project Requirements: Objectives, Scope, Schedule and Milestones.
  • Represent Iodine and always conduct business with a high level of professionalism, competencies, and ethics.
  • Forecast, plan, report, and manage the project to ensure accurate and timely projected revenue.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize crisis and escalations, and proactively inform and engage Senior Management in advance when they can’t be avoided.
  • Identify dependencies and communicate consistently with the project team to ensure all projects stay on track.
  • Become an expert of the Iodine technical milestones and their dependencies required for deployment of Iodine solutions.
 

What we’d love to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS Professional Services capacity working directly with customers and partners in the healthcare field.
  • PMP Certification
  • EHR integration experience
  • Deep industry knowledge of Healthcare Software Implementations
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams of diverse subject matter experts
  • Demonstrable competencies in planning and managing a project’s scope, schedule, costs, resources, quality and risks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Gainsight, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to ever evolving environments
