Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Arlington Memorial of 18.75 physicians, 4 APP’s, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
• Texas Health Resources is a faith-based, nonprofit health system that cares for more patients in North Texas than any other provider. We serve North Texas through Texas Health Physicians Group, hospitals, outpatient facilities, neighborhood care & wellness centers, home health, and preventive and fitness services.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine is preferred. If trained in family medicine, we will require 2 plus years’ hospitalist experience.
• We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
• In-house immigration support, and we can sponsor H1-B candidates.
• We are not accepting 2027 graduates for this position.

Scheduling:

• 7 shifts a month, 21 days off.
• Hours are 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will average 10-12 admissions.
• This is an admitter position only.
• No Procedures.
• EMR is EPIC.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Swing Shift rate is: $1,600.
• Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.
• Full benefits, including CME allowance.
