• 24-hour physician coverage model with supporting 12 hours of advanced practitioner coverage.
• We gather as a team bi-monthly to promote collaboration and shared decision-making.
• NEW Hospital to open in Spring 2027.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Flexible schedule working 80-120 clinical hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for Adena Fayette.
• Manage all aspects of community emergency medicine, collaborating closely with colleagues and consultants.

Rewards and Compensation:

• $275/hr days and $300/hr nights, 1099.
