We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 35 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
• Availability to commence practice in 2026 (not yet considering 2027 residents).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).
• Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered.

Scheduling:

• We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations.
• Currently hiring a nocturnist position.

Key Responsibilities:

• We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes.
• Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.

Compensation:

• The yearly base salary is $350K for full-time nights, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package.
