About the Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and providers, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional front desk experience. This role supports daily administrative and communication functions while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality with HIPAA requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and deliveries
  • Answering phone calls, directing the calls as required
  • Answering emails and other electronic messages as required
  • Processing incoming and outgoing fax documents as needed
  • Assisting with the mail and revenue process
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Managing inventory and placing orders as required
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and providers
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years working with the general public in a customer service position

    Pay Range: $15-$17 per hour. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience and location, size of program being supported.
