About the Role

Under general supervision, conduct daily operations around the travel process for all Sound Ambassador physicians and Echo Locum Tenens. This includes maintaining travel data, generating and reconciling reports from various systems, researching and troubleshooting all travel issues that arise regarding hotel accommodations, housing agreements, flight arrangements, and ground transportation. Position will work closely with travel agents, providers, and recruiters to arrange travel needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain reports from multiple databases
  • Manage travel request dashboard
  • Reconcile charges for air/hotel/rental car
  • Troubleshoot/Act as liaison for travel agent/recruiters/physicians
  • Initiate hotel payment for approved provider reservations
  • Coordinate travel and lodging for providers
  • Maintain records of travel arrangements and requests
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by team lead or manager

Education and Experience

  • Some college coursework, associate degree, or certifications
  • Preferred: College degree from an accredited institution or a combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years office experience, including clerical office work and coordination of travel
  • Prior experience with SalesForce, SharePoint, and coordination of travel arrangements

Pay Range

  • $18.50 - $25.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience and geographical location.
