OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a significant contributor in allowing the organization to meet their goals and objectives. Their goal is to provide the highest level products with the least amount of defects. The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures continued growth for the Company by being a significant contributor in testing the software products. This individual is customer focused and customer sensitive.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
- Having in-depth knowledge of the TMA software, ancillary products and data-bases.
- Having open and positive communications with TMA clients and TMA Associates.
- Organizing, implementing, and conducting Quality Assurance Testing plans for TMA’s software products.
- Ability to take initiative for self-development and exhibits patience in learning new processes.
- Maintaining product quality by following the specifications and policies set out by the Management Team.
- Assisting with the research of opportunities and elimination of problems; and executing programs and processes.
- Protecting the assets of TMA and recognizing the confidentiality of information made available.
- Maintaining a pro-active and positive attitude with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Assist WebTMA Admin Services team to help update client data as instructed by the client, provide training to clients, or help create client training documentation.
- Contributes to the TMA Team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Other functions as required by TMA Management and Shareholders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of the internet and web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products such as MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to think analytically to identify issues as well as solutions to problems.
- Must be inquisitive and genuinely interested in exploring the "why" behind technical solutions.

This position offers a clear promotion path to a Maintenance Analyst in the WebTMA Admin Services team for team members who demonstrate strong analytical skills and performance excellence.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work can be performed in a hybrid setting (work in the Monterrey, Mexico office and remotely)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Full Time, Weekends Off
