About the role:
Vastian is looking for an innovative, results-driven Quality Implementation Manager. As a Quality Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding new clients through the setup and adoption of Vastian's Quality Management System applications, managing the implementation process from sales to active usage to ensure a smooth transition. Working closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and assisting with configuration of the software to meet those needs, while also training users and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations, keep projects on schedule, and address potential delays proactively. - Lead the start-to-finish implementation process for clients, from initial setup to go-live. This includes an understanding of hospital-based Quality management and accreditation processes, specific client requirements, configuring software to meet their needs, and ensuring a successful rollout.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients, guiding them on best practices for using the software effectively. Work closely with the product trainer to maintain up-to-date resources and ensure clients are empowered with the knowledge they need to succeed.
- Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, addressing technical or application questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members.
- Gather client feedback to identify improvement in the implementation process.
- Work closely with the Vastian sales, product, quality and client success teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoff of projects. Collaborate with the Implementations Manager and Director of Client Success.
- Collaborate with product trainers on training resources, including help documentation and knowledge base updates.
- Stay updated on healthcare Quality trends, regulatory standards and clinical best practices to improve implementation strategies continually.
- Leverage analytics and client usage data to tailor implementation strategies, proactively identifying any potential churn risks and contributing insights to improve the onboarding experience.
- Contribute to process improvements, logging best practices, lessons learned, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration or health-related field.
- If a registered nurse, active RN licensure in state of residence (remote) or employment (on-site in Lawrenceville, GA office).
- Certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and/or patient safety (CPPS) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management (may include Risk, Patient Safety or Infection Prevention & Control) in the acute care hospital setting with:
- A proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics and patient safety protocols, and
- Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
- Basic understanding of SaaS applications and cloud-based technologies with experience using computer-based technology in the healthcare setting and proficiency in general use of technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and training clients with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, balancing day-to-day client interactions with long-term strategic goals.
- Proficiency in project management, quality improvement methodologies and data analysis.
