We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional product expertise for our SaaS solutions designed for hospitals and laboratories. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering live product demos, providing in-depth knowledge of our applications, and supporting prospective clients with technical assistance and purchasing decisions.

As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving product adoption and success by effectively communicating the value and features of our solutions to healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, laboratory staff, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Product Demos & Presentations:
- Conduct live, interactive product demos for hospital and laboratory teams, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our SaaS solutions. Tailor each demo to the specific needs of the audience, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Product Expertise:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product's functionality, features, and updates. Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams and customers, answering questions and providing insights into best practices.
Customer Feedback & Product Insights:
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients during demos, training sessions, and post-implementation. Share insights with the product team to help refine features and improve the user experience.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team during the sales process by providing technical product information, answering client questions, and ensuring the product is positioned effectively to meet client needs.
Market & Customer Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and customer needs in the healthcare and laboratory sectors. Understand customer pain points and help identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Additional certifications in SaaS or healthcare-related fields are a plus.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Trainer, or SaaS Sales Engineer, preferably within healthcare, hospital, or laboratory technology.
- Experience conducting live product demonstrations, webinars, or presentations to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Familiarity with the hospital and laboratory environments, including workflows, processes, and regulations.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using demo tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and knowledge management platforms.
- Comfort with delivering both in-person and virtual demos and training sessions.

- Enthusiastic about technology and healthcare, with a passion for helping clients achieve success.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Hospital and or Lab Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
