Job Description

Since 2000, Rocky Mountain MS Clinic (RMMSC) has delivered exceptional care and support to individuals with multiple sclerosis and their families. As part of our growth, we are expanding our services to include general neurology, with a focus on Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.

In 2023, RMMSC partnered with Nira Medical Group, a national network of independent practices committed to shaping the future of neurological care through a patient-centric, clinician-driven model empowered by technology. Nira’s mission is to provide access to life-changing treatments for those affected by MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other neurological disorders, helping them lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As the Practice Manager at RMMSC, you will collaborate with the Medical Director and Director of Operations to set and drive strategic priorities that enhance clinic performance and patient outcomes across all RMMSC locations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Team Management

  • Oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll to ensure efficient labor and wage management.

  • Manage clinic capacity to optimize resources and staff allocation.

  • Mentor and support staff through regular performance evaluations and development opportunities.

  • Align individual and team goals with the clinic’s broader objectives to drive success.

  • Create and maintain clear communication channels to keep teams informed of priorities, progress, and any changes.

  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.

  • Drive Profit & Loss (P&L) improvements by implementing cost-control and revenue-optimization strategies.

  • Assist in identifying and integrating new technology solutions to enhance clinic operations.

  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement feedback-driven quality improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to create a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and achieving operational goals through data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and operational best practices.
