Why this role is exciting!
The Agency Solution team is growing and so are our partnerships! We're looking for our first agency enablement manager to support our team internally but also ensure the success of our new and existing agency partners. If you're passionate about empowering teams through creating captivating content, tremendous training, and concise communications this is the role for you. You'll be working alongside the agency solutions team as they build relationships with new agencies, empower existing partners for success, and develop their own skills (all with your support and enablement). This role reports to the VP of Agency Innovation and works alongside the Agency Coaching Manager.
What you will be doing:
- Create and maintain internal enablement materials and sessions for the Agency Solutions team
- Produce and maintain external materials to support the Agency Solutions team
- Build a library of materials, templates, and tools to enable our agency partners
- Develop communication channels to strengthen relationships with agency partners
- Design the curriculum and own the delivery of team meetups
Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience supporting SaaS products (1-2 years)
- Strong preference for experience in affiliate marketing (1-2 years)
- Strong preference for experience in training (1-2 years)
- Keen attention to detail, organization, and ability to drive projects to completion
- Creative and logical thinker
- Passionate about beautiful presentations and a love for Google Slides/Powerpoint/Canva or similar
- Excellent communication skills - delivering training and creating accurate and engaging content
- Preference for experience creating email marketing campaigns (from ideation to pressing send)
Salary range: $95,000-$105,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and potential additional variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance.
