About the Opportunity
This role operates at the intersection of business operations, internal systems, and process optimization, ensuring that key internal workflows are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. The Business Operations Manager will serve as a process owner for critical internal operational workflows, including employee onboarding and offboarding coordination, internal system access management, and other cross-functional operational processes that support employees across the organization.
This role requires a systems-oriented mindset—someone who not only supports operational processes but actively evaluates opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve them using Worldly’s internal technology stack, SaaS tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
Because these processes interact with many teams across the organization, this role will have high visibility across Worldly and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments.
The Business Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director of Business Operations & Systems and is expected to operate with a high level of ownership and independence while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.
What You'll Do
Process Ownership & Optimization
Own and manage key internal operational processes that support cross-functional business activities.
Design and maintain clear, scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
Continuously assess operational processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
Document and maintain operational procedures and system workflows to ensure consistency and transparency.
Systems and Automation
Leverage Worldly’s internal technology stack and SaaS tools to support operational workflows.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and workflows, system configuration, or workflow improvements.
Utilize available AI tools and automation capabilities to improve process efficiency and operational scalability.
Maintain operational workflows across internal systems and collaborate with stakeholders to improve system usage.
Operational Execution

Support and coordinate key operational workflows including:
Employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Internal system access coordination
Cross-functional operational process facilitation
Execute operational tasks when necessary while proactively identifying opportunities to improve or automate the process over time.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure operational processes align with data governance policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements, including SOC 2-related operational practices where applicable.
Maintain documentation and process transparency to support internal governance and audit readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and implement effective process solutions.
Provide support and guidance to teams on operational processes and system workflows.
Maintain appropriate communication and engagement with teams while operating independently.
Operational Project Support
Support internal operational initiatives and business projects when needed, particularly from a process design, workflow improvement, or systems optimization perspective.
We'd Like to See
5~8 years of experience in business operations, systems operations, process improvement, or similar roles
Experience owning and improving operational workflows or internal business processes
Strong systems literacy and technical curiosity, with experience working with SaaS platforms and internal business tools
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Ability to operate independently while coordinating effectively with multiple teams
Candidates should demonstrate comfort working with modern business systems, including:
SaaS business applications commonly used in technology companies
Internal operational tools such as project management, workflow, or documentation platforms
Automation tools or workflow configuration platforms
AI tools or AI-enabled productivity solutions
Corporate internal systems such as identity/access management platforms, collaboration tools, or internal knowledge systems
A strong candidate will be curious about technology and proactive in leveraging systems to improve operational workflows.
It Helps If You Have
Experience implementing automation or workflow improvements
Experience supporting SOC 2 or compliance-oriented operational processes
Experience working in SaaS or technology-driven organizations

Compensation Overview
Annual Base Salary

*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
