We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to help expand the reach of our Provider Quality Management Software. In this role, you'll partner with healthcare organizations to understand their quality management goals and challenges, and position our solutions as a key driver of improved clinical outcomes, enhanced patient safety, and greater operational efficiency.
You'll play a critical role in building trusted relationships with providers, guiding clients through a consultative sales process that demonstrates real value. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven Track Record: Historical over performance vs. sales targets and other stated goals specifically with experience in a new market solution.
- Funnel Development: Experienced in building own funnel through a various outbound strategies such as e-mail campaigns, cold calling, prospect visits, and other effective prospecting techniques to drive funnel
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, Quality & Safety teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points related to Quality management.
- Product Demonstrations: Present software solutions through live demonstrations, webinars, and in-person meetings to showcase features and benefits.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry (national healthcare quality and safety) trends, hospital regulatory requirements, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
- Success: Proven success selling to U.S. based hospitals and health systems.
Qualifications:
- Acute care healthcare experience selling into hospitals at the C-suite level - must have.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience of healthcare technology, software
- Strong understanding of hospital quality management processes and regulatory requirements and ideally having sold solutions related to these areas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in standing up and delivering on a sales approach and performance selling a solution into a new market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
