Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and assessments for foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and gait training.
- Support recovery from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain
- Collaborate closely with podiatrists and clinical staff to deliver integrated, patient-centered care
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, footwear, and long-term mobility strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state Physical Therapist license and CPR/BLS certification
- Strong understanding of foot and ankle biomechanics and lower extremity function
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care and continuous learning
- Experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or outpatient care preferred, but not required
