Lead Medical Assistant

Altamonte Springs, FL, USA
A Specialty Path to Good Health
Upperline Health is the nation’s largest specialty physician practices providing comprehensive care through frequent specialist’s visits. Upperline Health was started in 2017 because we saw too many polychronic patients falling between the cracks of our system. We built an employed provider group of specialists (e.g., podiatrists, endocrinology, wound care, vascular) based on where these patients received the most care. With this high engagement, we add wraparound services to provide comprehensive care to at-risk patients. Upperline Health providers coordinate patients’ care among a team of specialists – physicians, advanced practice providers, care navigators, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers for integrated treatment that addresses patients’ immediate and long-term health needs. Upperline Health is based out of Nashville, TN and has clinics in Alabama, Arkansas, Virginia, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
We put patients at the center of value-based care.
