ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy, configure, maintain, patch, and support clinic-based IT infrastructure, including workstations, peripherals, printers, networking equipment, and local systems.
- Perform onsite technical support at clinics for escalated hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Support clinic openings, acquisitions, and integrations, including site assessments, hardware staging, installation, and go-live support.
- Provide Tier 2–3 support for Windows operating systems, endpoint management, identity services, cloud applications, and backup processes.
- Coordinate and execute integration efforts between clinic systems, cloud platforms, third-party vendors, and the EMR.
- Respond to incidents and outages with urgency, ensuring rapid system recovery and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Support associates, clinicians, and executive staff via onsite, remote, phone, and email interactions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Collaborate with centralized IT teams to resolve tickets efficiently, document resolutions, and identify opportunities for standardization or automation.
- Assist with vendor coordination and technology procurement, including hardware selection, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Participate in after-hours and maintenance windows required to perform work without disrupting clinic operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, deployment standards, and configuration recommendations for clinic environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve field operations through automation, standardization, and process improvements.
- Will travel 40% of the time
