Overview:

We’re looking for a results driven Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue for specific software products. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and data analytics, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. You’ll translate product value into compelling campaigns, identify high impact audience segments, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop targeted, products specific marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals
  • Define audience segments, messaging, and channel mix based on product positioning
  • Partner with product marketing and sales teams to align on priorities and pipeline goals

Execution & Optimization

  • Launch and manage multichannel campaigns for each product owned (email, paid media, content, webinars, social, etc.)
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights

Revenue and Pipeline

  • Track and report on campaign impact across the funnel (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue)
  • Own campaign KPIs including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and product adoption metrics
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure strong lead handoff and pipeline progression

Audience Targeting & Personalization

  • Build and refine customer segments using behavioral, firmographic, and intent data
  • Deliver personalized messaging and offers tailored to specific product use cases, personas or industries

Analytics and Reporting

  • Use marketing automation and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Identify trends and opportunities to scale successful campaigns

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product marketing on positioning, messaging, and launches
  • Coordinate with content, design, and digital teams to produce campaign assets
  • Align with revenue operations on tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign management (software/SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with paid acquisition channels and performance marketing
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B Saas Software supporting different ICPs/Industries
  • Knowledge of attribution models and funnel analytics
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC)
