TMA is seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Administrator to lead the optimization and strategic enhancement of our Salesforce CRM platform. You will play a critical role in designing key business processes, AI strategy, automating workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, finance and operations teams. This position requires a balance of both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to create cross-functional alignment and drive best practices.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Integration

  • Lead the setup, administration, and ongoing optimization of theSalesforce CRMplatform
  • Develop and implementend-to-end system integrationsbetween Salesforce and third-party applications
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams tomaintainseamless data flow and system connectivity
  • Build andmaintaincustom objects, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and alignment with business requirements
  • Manage system configuration changes andmaintaindocumentation standards

Workflow & Automation

  • Develop AI to design andoptimizeworkflow automations and approval processesto support sales and marketing efficiency
  • Manageassignment rules, email alerts, and process automationto streamline business operations
  • Leverage automation tools includingFlows, Process Builder, and Assignment Rulesto reduce manual effort
  • Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
  • Identifyopportunities for automation and implement solutions that drive operational excellence

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build andmaintaincustom dashboards and reportsto track key business metrics (pipeline, conversion, engagement, etc.)
  • Transition static reporting (Excel-based) intodynamic Salesforce dashboards
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensuredata-driven decision-making
  • Create executive-level reporting and insights for leadership visibility
  • Implement analytics best practices and ensure data accuracy across reports

User Management & Training

  • Manageuser access, roles, and permission setsin alignment with data security policies
  • Delivertraining sessions and create user guidesto enhance adoption and promote best practices
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues
  • Champion Salesforce best practices and drive continuous improvement in user engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and requests

Data Management & Governance

  • Overseedata import/export,deduplication, and data qualityinitiatives
  • Implement andmaintaindata governance frameworksto ensure data integrity
  • Establish data standards and policies across the Salesforce environment
  • Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including system integration and automation workflows
  • Hands-on experience withSalesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ,Gong, HubSpotand familiarity withMarketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce Objects(Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases, etc.)
  • Skilled indata import/export,deduplication, and data governanceframeworks
  • Extensive experience withautomation toolsincluding Flows, Process Builder, and Assignment Rules
  • Proven ability to build custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
  • Experience developing andmaintainingsystem integrations with third-party applications
  • Strongreporting and dashboardcreation skills with focus on business metrics
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balancestrategic system design with day-to-day operational management
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Familiarity withSQLandAPI-based integrations
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud
  • Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and security compliance
