LOCATION: Mexico (Fully Remote or Hybrid – Monterrey Office Option)

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Full Time, (Weekends Off)

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist / Software Tester plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of TMA’s software products. This individual is responsible for identifying defects, validating functionality, and supporting continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with a strong desire to understand why systems work the way they do.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for:

  • Develop and execute manual testing (functional, regression, smoke) across multiple applications
  • Organize, implement, and maintain QA testing plans for TMA software products
  • Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of TMA software, ancillary products, and databases
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with TMA clients and internal team members
  • Maintain product quality by adhering to documented specifications and QA policies
  • Assist with identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions
  • Protect company assets and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintain a proactive, positive, and customer-centric approach to support customer retention
  • Support the WebTMA Admin Services team by:
    • Updating client data per client instructions
    • Assisting with client training and documentation
  • Review technical documentation created by Technical Writers for internal and client use
  • Contribute to team objectives and assist with additional duties as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience using web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Curious, inquisitive, and motivated to understand technical systems and workflows
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
