Who We Are: RedAwning is a Petaluma, CA-based company built for short-term vacation rental owners and property managers. We offer the largest marketing channel distribution to connect property owners with travelers, along with streamlined communication and management of all properties within one interface. IT Manager/DirectorWe are seeking an experienced and versatile IT Manager/Director to oversee all information technology operations for our growing vacation rental/hospitality company. You will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, cloud services, SaaS applications, and providing technical support to our staff across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (availability, security, cost-optimization)- Administer and optimize Google Workspace (user management, security, collaboration tools)- Oversee implementation, integration, and maintenance of SaaS apps: HubSpot, Okta, Salesforce, Zapier, and industry tools (Hospitable, Track, Streamline, Autohost, RemoteLock)- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across Windows and Mac- Manage email migrations, cloud storage, and other user-facing IT services- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation; conduct staff training- Develop and manage the IT budget; negotiate and manage vendor contracts- Implement and maintain IT security measures (backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity)- Collaborate with department heads to align IT strategy with business needs- Partner with business units and subsidiaries to develop technical solutions- Collaborate with engineering, support, and QA on best practices for software development/deployment Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience- 5+ years in IT management (multi-location/distributed environment preferred)- Expertise with AWS, Google Workspace, and various SaaS applications- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- Vacation rentals/hospitality experience is a plus- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Work Locations:- California (North Bay/Sonoma County)- Washington (Seattle area)- Remote work possible for the right candidate We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
