We offer the largest marketing channel distribution to connect property owners with travelers, along with streamlined communication and management of all properties within one interface for the best host and guest experience.IT Manager/Director: We are seeking an experienced and versatile IT Manager/Director to oversee all information technology operations for our growing vacation rental/hospitality company. You will manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, SaaS applications, and provide technical support to staff across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:- IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services Management: Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (high availability, security, cost-optimization); administer and optimize Google Workspace (user management, security, collaboration); oversee implementation, integration, and maintenance of SaaS apps such as HubSpot, Okta, Salesforce, Zapier, and industry tools like Hospitable, Track, Streamline, Autohost, RemoteLock.- Technical Support & User Management: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across Windows and Mac; manage email migrations and cloud storage; develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation; conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and applications.- IT Operations & Financial Management: Develop and manage the IT budget; negotiate and manage vendor contracts; implement and maintain IT security measures, including data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols; collaborate with department heads to align IT strategies with business needs.- IT Consultation & Collaboration: Partner with business units and subsidiaries to develop technical solutions; collaborate with engineering, technical support, and QA on best practices supporting software development and deployment.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience- Minimum 5 years in an IT management role, preferably in a multi-location or distributed environment- Proven expertise with AWS, Google Workspace, and various SaaS applications- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot complex issues- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff- Experience in vacation rentals or hospitality is a plus- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Work Locations:- California (North Bay/Sonoma County)- Washington (Seattle area)- Remote work is also possible for the right candidateWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.RedAwning provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
