We offer the largest marketing channel distribution to connect property owners with travelers looking for accommodations, along with streamlined communication and management of all properties within one interface, for the best host & guest experience.IT Manager/DirectorWe are seeking an experienced and versatile IT Manager/Director to oversee all information technology operations for our growing vacation rental/hospitality company. You will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, cloud services, SaaS applications, and providing technical support to our staff across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-optimization- Administer and optimize Google Workspace for the organization, including user management, security, and collaboration tools- Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of various SaaS applications, such as HubSpot, Okta, Salesforce, Zapier, and industry-specific tools like Hospitable, Track, Streamline, Autohost, and RemoteLock- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across Windows and Mac devices- Manage email migrations, cloud storage, and other user-facing IT services- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation; conduct staff training- Develop and manage the IT budget; negotiate and manage vendor contracts- Implement and maintain IT security measures, including data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols- Collaborate with department heads to align IT strategies with business needs; partner with engineering, support, and QAQualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience- Minimum of 5 years in an IT management role (multi-location/distributed environment preferred)- Proven expertise with AWS, Google Workspace, and various SaaS applications- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication skills- Experience in vacation rentals or hospitality is a plus- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Work Locations:- California (North Bay/Sonoma County)- Washington (Seattle area)- Remote work is also possible for the right candidateWe offer a competitive compensation package, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
