Job Overview:

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Consulting team, working on complex challenges across the financial services sector. As a Graduate Analyst, you will contribute to client engagements from the outset, gaining hands-on experience while developing your consulting, analytical, and commercial capabilities. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will play an active role in delivering meaningful outcomes for clients while building a strong foundation for your career.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Analyse clients’ operating models and business strategies to identify opportunities for transformation
  • Support the delivery of client engagements through structured analysis and problem-solving approaches
  • Contribute to transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities
  • Assess processes, governance, and technology capabilities to identify improvement areas
  • Apply data analysis and modelling to support recommendations and business cases
  • Work with stakeholders to support delivery and translate requirements into practical solutions
  • Develop clear, high-quality presentations and client deliverables
  • Contribute to business development, including proposals and client pitches
  • Support internal initiatives and capability development across the firm

Essential Requirements:

  • Predicted or achieved a 2:1 or above in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting and financial services, with an understanding of key industry themes
  • Strong communication skills, with some experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a structured and timely manner
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively within teams
  • Strong learning agility and ability to develop new skills

  • Stage 2: Online psychometric assessment – invitations sent shortly after application review (early July 2026)
  • Stage 3: Competency-based interview (virtual) – scheduled throughout July 2026
  • Stage 4: Full-day assessment centre at the Novatus office – held in August 2026
  • Stage 5: Final offers – successful candidates will receive offers shortly after the assessment centre
