Neurologist – Neuromuscular / EMG / Neurophys (Outpatient) – Tampa/Clearwater, FL
Step into an established neuromuscular panel with immediate volume in a referral-driven market.
~60+ neuromuscular referrals/month with no active marketing
Direct patient inheritance from a departing neuromuscular neurologist
Established EMG volume and procedural demand
Robust infusion infrastructure (including IVIG)
Expanding clinical research program
This is a neuromuscular-forward role with the ability to maintain a balanced practice where appropriate—without being pulled into inpatient or call responsibilities.
Who this is for
This role is designed for a neurologist who wants to build or deepen a neuromuscular-focused practice within a high-demand, referral-driven environment.
Strong fits include:
Fellowship-trained neuromuscular neurologists
Neurologists with clinical neurophysiology / EMG experience
General neurologists who are comfortable managing neuromuscular conditions and interested in expanding that portion of their practice
Open to participating in clinical research, even if not pursuing a fully academic career
You’ll do well here if you want:
A neuromuscular-forward case mix with strong EMG volume
Flexibility to maintain a complementary mix of headache (including Botox), movement disorders, or general neurology within your comfort zone
A pure outpatient model without hospital obligations
A subspecialized team, so you’re not covering the full breadth of neurology alone
This is not a broad general neurology role—your practice will naturally skew toward neuromuscular based on existing demand
The Practice
100% outpatient neurology
No call, no inpatient responsibilities

Dementia and general neurology
There is flexibility to shape your panel over time toward your areas of interest and expertise.
