Part-Time Infusion Nurse
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
Schedule: ~20 hours/week

Our Fort Collins infusion center is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced nurse to help care for patients receiving specialty infusions in a setting that prioritizes safety, clinical excellence, and strong teamwork.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, strong IV skills, and the chance to help build something meaningful as the program expands.
Schedule
This position is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining a consistent weekly rhythm.
Required
Mondays: Full day (approximately 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Preferred Additional Hours
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Total weekly hours are approximately 20 hours, with flexibility around Tuesday and Wednesday scheduling.
Growth Opportunity: As infusion volume increases, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Compensation
$38–$45 per hour
Paid lunch break (typically 1 hour)

The Clinical Environment
Our infusion center is intentionally designed to support safe, thoughtful patient care without the chaos of a hospital floor.
Current patient volume: ~8–10 infusion patients per day
Infusion chairs: 3 active chairs (with the ability to open a 4th)
Infusion length: ranges from 1 to 5 hours
Shorter infusions move quickly, while longer infusions allow for more monitoring and patient interaction.
What You’ll Do
Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies
Manage patients across 2-3 infusion chairs simultaneously
Monitor patients for infusion reactions and complications
Provide patient education and maintain a high standard of clinical care
Collaborate with the infusion team and practice leadership
Utilize advanced IV support tools (including UV vein finder technology)
Maintain safe, efficient infusion workflows as the center grows
You’ll often work independently on Mondays, making clinical judgment and IV skill especially important.
Training & Support
Even experienced nurses receive structured onboarding.
Training includes:
3 days of virtual training with infusion specialists
7 days of in-clinic shadowing with our experienced infusion nurse
Gradual transition to independent patient care
You’ll also have access to:
UV vein-finding technology
Support from experienced infusion nurses when needed
