Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the development and maintenance of the company’s data platform and analytics capabilities. This role will work across the full data stack, including data pipelines, data modeling, and reporting, to help ensure reliable and actionable data for the organization.
This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, clinical teams, finance, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include:
Data Infrastructure & Pipelines
Work with our data engineering team to build and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from source systems such as EMRs, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), infusion software, pharmacy software, etc.
Support the build out and maintenance of the company’s Snowflake data warehouse.
Manage transformations and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Sigma)
Work with stakeholders across operations, finance, clinical, and revenue cycle to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Support development of standardized reporting for practice performance, patient access, clinical operations, and financial performance.
Define and build out key metrics for the company based on priority initiatives
Leverage modern AI features (e.g. Cortex Agents) to unlock self service capabilities within data stack
Data Governance & Quality
Help implement data governance practices including data documentation, data definitions, and data quality monitoring.
Support initiatives to standardize key datasets across the organization.
Assist with maintaining data lineage and data dictionaries.
Required Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering roles
Strong SQL proficiency with experience building complex queries and data transformations
Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms
Experience with Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Familiarity with healthcare datasets, such as EMR data, claims data, and real-world data (RWD)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in healthcare provider organizations or healthcare services companies
Familiarity with AthenaOne EMR data structures.
Experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical research data projects
Experience using Python or R for data analysis or automation
Experience working with modern ELT tools and data transformation frameworks
