Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Product Management team, driving partner integration strategy and operating rhythms. You'll support the partner integration roadmap, prioritize integrations, liaise with critical partners to execute, and drive revenue directly via integrations. Acting as an intermediary between business requirements and engineering, you'll advocate for integration capabilities and partners internally and lead the team to make informed business decisions.
Expected Duties:
Integration Success: Maximize the output of the development team within a scrum framework to ensure success.
Roadmap Prioritization: Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work.
Partner Integration Delivery and Management
• Write crisp, well-reasoned PRDs and user stories that give engineering teams the clarity they need to build with confidence.
• Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs.
• Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos.
• Define and monitor product KPIs for your area, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with fellow PMs on the Consumer team to ensure coherence across product areas and alignment on platform-level decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketplace Partner team to drive alignment and unblock delivery.
Data Analysis: Analyze process and outcome data to identify opportunities and recommend changes
Customer and Partner Understanding: Understand user, customer and partner needs, working across departments to bring the partner products to life and communicate the voice of the customer.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional Expertise: Perform simple to moderately difficult tasks independently, supporting seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects.
Analytical Skills: Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, requiring a review of various factors.
Judgment: Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Problem-Solving: Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
Relationship Building: Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in building partner integrations is strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Compensation Range: $94,667 - $161,400
