LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide outpatient assessment, therapy, and testing for children, adolescents, and adults in a high-quality, accessible behavioral health setting. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver evidence-based care in-person and via telehealth, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists and therapists. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, and testing for children, adolescents, and adults
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and monitor progress
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records in the EMRParticipate in case consultations, team meetings, and peer collaboration
• Provide crisis assessment, safety planning, and referrals as needed
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for psychological practice
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Contribute to a patient-centered, culturally sensitive care environment
• Utilize telehealth and in-person modalities to increase access to care
