Role Overview
The Product Manager, Specialty Solutions is responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution priorities for LifeStance’s specialty behavioral health services, including Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing (PNT), Ketamine/Spravato therapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). This role focuses on translating specialty clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes, with an emphasis on improving provider workflows, patient access, and care quality.
Working closely with Clinical Operations, Engineering, Experience, and AI partners, and reporting to Head of Provider Solutions, this Product Manager drives discovery, prioritization, and execution for specialty provider solutions while aligning to broader enterprise platforms, standards, and governance
COMPENSATION: $132,087 - $161,806/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan

Responsibilities
- Own the quarterly roadmap for assigned specialty service lines, in alignment with the broader product strategy, enterprise priorities, and clinical objectives.
- Translate specialty-provider needs and operational constraints into clear product initiatives, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Balance near-term workflow improvements with foundational capabilities that support scalability and standardization.
- Lead discovery and problem definition for specialty-provider workflows, including intake, scheduling, documentation, authorizations, treatment protocols, and outcomes tracking.
- Partner with Clinical and Experience leaders to ensure solutions are usable, compliant, and supportive of high-quality care delivery
- Own backlog prioritization and collaborate with engineering and program teams to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Serve as a trusted product partner for specialty service stakeholders across Clinical & Operations
- Ensure product decisions align with regulatory, interoperability, and security standards
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product management, healthcare technology, or clinical systems, with direct ownership of provider-facing products
- Experience supporting provider-facing workflows or specialty care programs strongly preferred
- Experience delivering workflow automation or AI-enabled capabilities in regulated environments
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear product strategies and roadmaps
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
