Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinician located in Jacksonville, FL. The Clinician will provide professional mental health services, including conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapeutic treatments, and creating individualized care plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely documentation, collaborating with other care team members, and fostering a supportive environment for clients while following best clinical practices.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in assessments, diagnostic evaluation, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults across diverse behavioral and mental health challenges
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Organizational and documentation abilities to ensure accurate and timely client records
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical clinical practices
- Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Valid licensure in the state of Florida for relevant clinical practice (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Commitment to lifelong learning and maintaining current practices through continuing education
- Experience in crisis intervention or acute settings is a plus
- Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) is beneficial
