Role Overview
At LifeStance, we are on a mission to transform behavioral healthcare through data-driven innovation. As a Senior Product Manager, Data Products, you will lead how data is used to power insights, automation, and decision making across the enterprise, starting with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Credentialing.
This role sits at the heart of where business context meets data enablement. You will partner closely with RCM and Credentialing leaders to deeply understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, serving as a thought partner in how data products can drive measurable impact. Working side-by-side with data engineers and analysts, you’ll define and deliver modern, scalable data solutions that improve visibility, accountability, and performance across LifeStance.
COMPENSATION: $120,000 - $147,000 /annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with RCM and Credentialing business partners to understand strategic objectives, pain points, and operational needs, translating them into product opportunities that deliver tangible value.
- Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, helping them reimagine workflows and decisions through the lens of data, automation, and insight.
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that empower RCM and credentialing to operate with greater accuracy, transparency, and speed.
- Partner with Data Engineering to translate product definitions into detailed solution requirements and ensure high-quality, reliable implementation.
- Leverage Power BI to design and deliver intuitive, self-service dashboards and analytical tools that bring data to life for business partners.
- Define and track success metrics that demonstrate product adoption, business impact, and return on investment.
- Advocate for data quality, consistency, and governance as foundational pillars of every product decision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Data, Engineering, and Business Operations to align priorities, streamline delivery, and scale successful solutions across domains.
- Identify and drive opportunities for expanded scope across adjacent business areas as the data ecosystem and team capabilities evolve.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years building or leading data-driven products or platforms.
- Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to understand objectives, define requirements, and deliver solutions that drive measurable results.
- Hands-on experience delivering Power BI (or equivalent BI) products — from data modeling and dashboard design to adoption and impact measurement.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and/or Credentialing processes — or proven ability to quickly develop domain expertise.
- Solid grasp of data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and governance principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business language to create shared understanding.
