- Quality assurance: You’ll maintain the quality and standards for PXA, ensuring that as our product evolves, our education remains accurate, engaging, and professional.
- Script writing: You’ll dive deep into new product updates and industry changes, using AI, help documentation, and cross-collaboration, and clearly explain both "how it works" and "why it matters" for our learners.
- Lead course revisions: Stay in sync with Product teams to ensure that scripts, assessments, and UI walkthroughs reflect the current platform state.
- Drive content strategy: You’ll help us constantly innovate and improve our educational content by using data, conducting audits, researching, collaborating, and being a forward-thinker.
- Elevate the team: You’ll act as a mentor and editor-in-chief, providing high-level feedback to instructional designers, video editors, and graphic designers, to ensure every course meets the PXA standard.
