Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in the recruitment process and life cycle, including identifying talent, initial assessments, interviews, and the candidate experience from selection to onboarding.
Essential Job Functions

· Work with people leaders to identify expectations, prioritize roles, clarify processes, and provide regular updates.
· Lead recruitment activities including attending and coordinating job fairs, conferences, on-campus, and other special events; maintaining memberships in rapport with professional associations.
· Interview and screen application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, growing the interview/offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, etc.
· Communicate Fortified Health Security’s company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates.
· Make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews reference checks, applications, and resumes.
· Serve as liaison between people leaders and staffing agencies and search firms when applicable.
· Partner with hiring managers and participate in selection decision-making meetings.
· Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates and create a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Establish and maintain contact with a variety of potential applicant resources including search firms, hiring agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations.
· Source active and passive candidates through associate referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.
· Research our competition for potential competitive offers.
· Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital medium.
· Assures proper completion of all required paperwork for hired candidates.
· Assist with a variety of projects to meet departmental and business objectives set fourth by the EVP, People and Culture.
· Process new hire information to ensure timely and accurate start-up for new associates.
· May assist in new associate orientation.
Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· Significant and direct experience in recruiting may be considered in lieu of a college degree requirement.
· Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
· Healthcare and/or technology recruiting experience is helpful.
· Communicate effectively with hiring teams and exchange information with all levels of management.

· Primarily remote (90%) may be some travel to home office or events.
