Growth Marketing Manager

eOne Solutions is looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, campaign optimization, and measurable pipeline growth across direct and partner channels in Europe and Africa.
You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations, working cross-functionally to drive brand visibility, manage impactful events, and generate qualified leads. If you’re passionate about storytelling, data-driven strategy, and international market trends, we want to hear from you.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead our B2B demand and growth engine, increasing qualified leads and pipeline velocity.
- Develop and scale high-performing campaigns across digital, email, content, and partner co-marketing activities.
- Own event-driven lead generation, including industry conferences, trade shows, and partner roadshows.
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to target the right audiences with effective messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing in the US to develop pipeline growth
- Multichannel campaign strategy and optimization
- Drive partner enablement through co-branded campaigns and field events
- Partner with EMEA Sales team to plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events
- Manage event logistics, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-ups
- Generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B Growth, Demand Generation or Digital Performance Marketing (SaaS, integration or data solutions experience a strong advantage)
- Proven track record of scaling qualified leads and influencing revenue
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, partner-driven environments
- Analytical with strong skills in reporting, testing, and campaign optimization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Fluent in English – other languages are a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud ecosystems and ISV go-to-market models (SaaS, ERP/CRM ecosystems, or integration platforms)
- Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Ads & Analytics),
