The Integration Solution Architect is a key member of eOne’s technical team, responsible for designing and delivering powerful integration and automation solutions using SmartConnect, Popdock, and related technologies.

This role bridges the worlds of data integration, AI enablement, and enterprise architecture by helping customers securely connect their business data to applications, analytics tools, and increasingly to AI models.

As eOne expands its Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities, this role will be instrumental in helping customers and partners design, expose, and manage AI rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Solution Architecture
  • Lead solution design workshops with customers and partners to identify data integration requirements across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, NetSuite, Sage).
  • Architect, configure, and deploy integrations using eOne tools.
  • Develop reusable solution templates, documentation, and best practices.
  • Design data pipelines and APIs that enable access to clean, contextual business data.
Partner Enablement & Pre-Sales
  • Support the sales process by defining integration and AI enablement strategies.
  • Deliver technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and partner training sessions.
  • Document architecture diagrams and integration plans for internal and external teams.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration, solution architecture, or data engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Hands-on experience with SmartConnect, Popdock, or similar iPaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to bridge technical detail and business outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in pre-sales, consulting, or partner enablement.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG systems, or semantic data architecture.
  • Experience working with distributed global teams – both internally and on the client side.
