Hourly Range: $21.00 - $25.00

Base salary is market-driven and determined at the time of offer based on benchmarks such as role-specific market data, company stage, and factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, interview performance, location, and level.

As our receptionist, you’ll keep things running smoothly—and do it all with a smile! You’ll be the first person our clients meet (virtually or in person), and your energy sets the tone for the entire experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-first professional to be the welcoming face and steady heartbeat of our office.
- Roll out the red carpet for clients and guests, creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls with friendly, professional support.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team calendars with expert scheduling skills.
- Support attorneys and staff with notes, reminders, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked, organized workspace.
- Organize documents and maintain clean, accurate digital filing systems.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, occasional errands, and upkeep of shared spaces.
- High school diploma or GED
- Sharp eye for detail with the ability to juggle calendars, calls, and daily tasks with ease
- Warm, people-first approach with a natural ability to make others feel welcome
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and standard office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Legal office experience, or a strong eagerness to learn the legal industry
- Comfortable with occasional errands and light upkeep to keep our space fresh and welcoming
- Familiarity with legal documents or terminology
- Prior experience supporting a busy professional team
