Hourly Range: $36.06 - $40.87

The IT Specialist will support front-line helpdesk responsibilities that range from troubleshooting and resolving desktop issues, Office 365 applications, Thomson Reuters Products, Intuit Products, and Zoom. They will also need to assist end-users with software installation and updates. The candidate will also manage account and license maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and resolve all end-user desktop issues on Windows and Mac operating systems including hardware, software, phone/VOIP and networking.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations/entities.
- Create and maintain accounts and access in various applications such as Office 365, Active Directory, Thomson Reuters, Intuit, Zoom, and Docusign.
- Onboard new employees including hardware and software setup, and initial training.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory.
- Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components.
Key Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of experience in an IT service-oriented role
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- Strong problem solving and communication skills required
- Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks
- Be able to sustain productivity in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and focus under pressure and deadlines
- Be able to exercise good judgment and initiative, and handle situations with poise, understanding, and tact
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Requirements
- A+ or Microsoft certification
- Multi-site or multi-entity environments
- M&A integration or rapid growth company experience
