Job Summary
The RPS Onboarding Consultant is responsible for evaluating and improving the new business onboarding process. This role drives operational efficiency, accelerates onboarding timelines, and enhances the client's experience through strategic process improvement and execution.
- Evaluate the current state of the RPS new business onboarding process and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to implement process improvements that create efficiencies and accelerate onboarding.
- Create supporting documentation for the future state onboarding process, including checklists and process maps.
- Experience in retirement plan process improvement, onboarding, or operations
- Strong analytical, project management, and written communication skills
- Experience creating process documentation and managing cross-functional initiatives
