Salary Range: $125,000 - $250,000

Base salary is market-driven and determined at the time of offer based on benchmarks such as role-specific market data, company stage, and factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, interview performance, location, and level.

- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- 5+ years of solid litigation experience (bonus points for healthcare or employment law)
- Confident in civil procedure, evidence rules, and courtroom etiquette
- Capable of managing multiple cases and deadlines without breaking a sweat
- Stellar communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical chops
- Self-starter with great attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and fluent in legal research tools
