They process applications, package aid, resolve verification issues, run large-scale communication workflows, handle student support tickets, and more.

About the Role
As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will be sourcing, managing and executing strategic partnerships with university partners. You will work closely with senior commercial leadership and the broader GTM team to drive business development, partnerships, and growth. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong product acumen, analytical skills, client engagement, and a bias for action.
This role is ideal for someone who aspires to be a GTM/commercial leader - with the opportunity to influence product direction and drive real outcomes for education institutions.
Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Discovery
Rapidly understand complex customer workflows and pain points.
Translate domain needs into valuable technical solutions.
Drive the identification, development, and execution of high-impact strategic partnerships aligned with company priorities

Earn Customer Trust:
Demonstrate customer empathy and be the face of CollegeVine, managing relationships from end-users to executive stakeholders.

End-to-End Partner & Outcome Ownership:
Identify the most valuable problems to solve with university partners. Partner with GTM and commercial leaders to surface solutions. Take ownership and accountability for the success of each engagement.

Travel & On-Site Collaboration
Occasional travel to client sites for discovery, workshops, training, and deployments.
What We Are Looking For
1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or hyper-growth startups
Extraordinarily high agency, early career doers that want to be able to drive direct outcomes
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across partner universities
Strong plus if you have working knowledge of AI and/or other technical systems
