Your Daily Mission The Vice President, New Enterprise Growth is a quota-carrying hunter responsible for identifying and closing new-logo business outside of Centauri's existing strategic plan base — spanning Tier 2-3 non-national health plans under 100K lives, health systems/ACOs/MCOs, HIEs, and strategic technology partners. This individual-contributor role owns an annual new-business sales target of $3–5M, generated entirely through self-sourced prospecting and pipeline development across these four target segments. This role sells Centauri's full product portfolio — powered by the Claros platform — with particular emphasis on the Network Connect interoperability suite (Direct, the Care Enabled Network, and the MedAllies QHIN) as a strategic differentiator, while also positioning Member Connect and Clinical Connect to round out a multi-product sale. Success requires fluency in the national regulatory landscape governing interoperability and clinical data exchange — including CMS interoperability rules, TEFCA, HL7, and FHIR — and the ability to translate that landscape into urgency and value for a prospect. The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial, hunter mindset; comfort creating pipeline in new and emerging markets with no existing footprint; and the ability to partner with the Head of New Enterprise Growth and cross-functional teams — Product, Technology, Delivery, Implementation, Legal, Finance, and Marketing — to close complex, multi-year enterprise agreements. Who You Are Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.7–10+ years of proven hunter/new-business sales experience in enterprise healthcare technology, interoperability, or data-enabled solutions.Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $3M+ annual new-business sales quotas, ideally in white-space or emerging markets.Working knowledge of interoperability standards and the regulatory landscape — TEFCA, CMS interoperability rules, HL7, FHIR, APIs, and ADT — strongly preferred.Experience selling to non-national health plans, health systems, HIEs, and/or technology partners and building new-logo relationships from a cold start.Strong prospecting and hunting discipline; comfortable generating a full pipeline independently rather than working inherited or inbound leads.Excellent executive presence, consultative selling skills, and negotiation ability with senior healthcare and technology stakeholders.Rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline; CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) is required.
