Role Summary:
Account Representatives assist clients in the process of applying for government sponsored benefits. Account Representatives provide a high level of customer service, facilitate appointments, coordinate translation assistance, and communicate with various federal agencies and private institutions to determine services. Account Representatives are passionate about assisting clients navigate aspects of the healthcare system and is dedicated to providing an outstanding level of service.

Location: Northside Perimeter Center, 1001 Summit Blvd, Ste. 150, Atlanta, GA 30342
Role Responsibilities:
- Foresees what needs to be done with all accounts and takes appropriate action to secure eligibility until all methods are exhausted
- Schedules appointments and follows up with agencies timely and regularly on application status
- Secures any missing verifications needed and submits within given timeframes
- Maintains positive professional relationship with agencies and clients
- Requests hearings if necessary
- Contacts individuals regularly and clarifies any and all gathered eligibility data
- Mails forms to patients/members interviewed to process account appropriately
- Advises members and patients of program time limitations and ensures deadlines are met
- Assists in acquiring verifications; helps obtain and complete forms
- Submits documents/applications to proper agencies, follows up appropriately with all entities to ensure processing
- Overcomes objections to appropriately complete application
- May identify patient/member needs and direct them to appropriate agencies for assistance (community resources)
- Answers questions regarding the application, services and benefits
- Other duties as assigned
